Project Process

First meeting

1. Our team will set an online meeting that fit with client schedule

2. The meeting will be lead by our project Manager

3. Clients share their objective as well as their needs and wants

• Daraka team conducting surveys for the event planned activities
  

Second meeting

1. Our team will set an online meeting that fit with client schedule

2. The meeting will be lead by our project Manager

3. Project Manager will be giving presentation regarding the event activities that fit with customer needs and wants.

• Daraka financial officer will send a price quotation via email or WA to client.

• Client Confirm the offer (If client reject the offer, the process stop in this point)
  

Last meeting

1. Technical meetings will be held physically with clients in flexible places and time

2. Daraka field coordinator will lead and give presentation regarding the rundowns of the events to participants

3. Daraka field coordinator introduce all facilitator who will participate to support the event for client

4. Daraka field coordinator submit all the details of the planned events to client

• Daraka financial officer submit MOU to client.

• Daraka financial officer submit invoice to client.

• Event executed

Client paid remaining payment for the event
